The whole health of your business, on one screen

Leads, sales and what each one costs you, jobs on the go, revenue, margin and cash: the numbers that matter, pulled out of every system you use and onto one page, with graphs that show which way they're heading. You build it yourself in a day, and you never touch code.

  • Sales: leads, cost per lead, sales, cost per sale and lead conversion
  • Delivery and money: jobs on the go, on time rate, revenue, margin, cash and what you're owed, with graphs
  • Built by describing what you want in plain English, the way you'd brief a freelancer

Five logins to answer one question

Right now, knowing where your business stands probably means logging into your accounting software, then your customer records, then a spreadsheet or two, and piecing it all together in your head.

The numbers are all there. They're spread across five places, and the one you care about most is usually the hardest to find.

Instead of logging into five places to work it out

What you'll have by the end of the day

  • The numbers that matter

How many leads came in and what each one cost, how many became sales and what each sale cost, then the jobs on the go, revenue, margin and cash. You choose what goes on it.

  • Every system on one page

Your accounting software, customer records and spreadsheets, pulled together so the answer is waiting for you instead of being worked out in your head.

  • A screen that grows with the business

Want a new number on it next month? Describe it and it's added. Once your data is connected, changing the screen is a conversation, not a project.

What it looks like

Sales, delivery and money on one screen, with graphs that show the trend. These are the numbers most owners check first, and yours can be whatever matters in your business.

How you'll build it

  1. 01

    Pick your numbers

Write down the handful of things you'd want to know about the business first thing every morning. That list becomes your brief.

  2. 02

Set up Claude Code and connect your data

Install it and connect your accounting software and whatever else holds your numbers, with every step shown on screen. You type what you want and never touch the code.

  3. 03

    Brief it like a freelancer

Start from the brief in the guide, swap in your numbers, and Claude Code builds the first version while you watch.

  4. 04

    Fix it by describing it

If something's wrong or missing, say so in plain words and it changes it. That's the whole skill.

  5. 05

    Check it every morning

One page tells you where the business stands, and when you want another number on it, you ask for it.

You don't need to be technical

You brief Claude Code the way you'd brief a freelancer: tell it what you want on the screen, then fix anything that's wrong by describing it in plain English. I've never written a line of code, and you won't need to either.

The guide takes you through it in the right order, from picking your numbers to the finished screen, which is how the whole thing gets done in a day.

What you'll need

  • A Claude Pro plan, US$20 a month, which includes Claude Code
  • Your numbers somewhere Claude Code can reach them: accounting software, customer records, spreadsheets
  • A laptop and a day
  • No coding, at any point

Who it's for

  • Your business is doing well and you're tired of piecing together where it stands
  • You know the handful of numbers you'd check every day if they were in one place
  • You've never written code and have no plans to start

Not for you if

  • You'd rather pay for a reporting tool and never touch it
  • Your numbers only live in your head, not in any system
  • You want someone to build it for you

Questions

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You tell Claude Code what you want in plain English and it writes the code for you. You never have to touch it.

What does it cost to run?

A Claude Pro plan, which is US$20 a month and includes Claude Code. The guide lists anything else up front, before you start.

Am I signing up to buy anything?

No. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You'll hear the day it opens and what the founding price is, and then you decide.

Does it work with MYOB, QuickBooks or my own systems?

The guide shows it on Xero. The same approach works with other accounting software, customer records and spreadsheets, as long as they let you connect or export your data.

Can it change anything in my accounts?

Not the way the guide sets it up. It only reads your numbers and shows them to you.

Can I track whatever numbers I want?

Yes. Once your data is connected, you put whatever matters in your business on the screen, and change it whenever you like.

When is it out?

When it's built and tested. The waitlist hears first, before it's announced anywhere else.

Stop logging into five places

Every number you care about on one page, built by you in a day, so the first thing you see each morning is where the business stands.

Claude and Claude Code are made by Anthropic, and Xero is a trade mark of Xero Limited. This guide is my own and isn't made or endorsed by either.
