How I run a $1m+ profit business with no staff.

I own real businesses that generate over a million dollars in profit with no staff. No office. No debt. No bullshit.

It's not because I'm clever.

It's because I'm lazy.

I'm always thinking how can I achieve something with the least amount of work...

How can I achieve an outcome that doesn't require my time or me having to physically be somewhere.

The default answer is to just hire other people.

But the idea of managing people and being responsible for their livelihoods scared the shit out of me.

So the question became how do I still achieve my goals and still be able to sleep at night.

And the boring answer was just outsourcing the work to contractors and building systems to automate as much as I could.

I became the ultimate "work from anywhere" bro...

I'm 40 now and all I care about is doing meaningful work, staying healthy and spending as much time with my family and sharing experiences.

Being able to take a random day off to take my kids surfing or being able to coach my son's footy team twice a week... Makes me one of the richest people in the world!
